Default JTs flop oesd play along.

Eff stacks ~250bbs. Villain doesnt like to fold. she stacked of when she 3bet my utg raise with AKo and stacked off on a K Qc Tc board vs my QQ. She hit K T to make a bigger full house to get that stack.

With 450 left you can probably call a lot of turn bets that are less than pot. I'm not sure how good a T would be, but your a J and straight outs are probably good and you can probably get paid.

The more interesting decision is if you call turn and hit a J or straight on river, do you lead or c/r?

Yeah, standard. Not a great place to get tricky, he's showing too much strength.

If villain is passive, I block this turn a lot. But yeah, sorry, if s/he bets pot you gotta just lay down.
