Is the Limit Holdem Shootout full-table or are they playing it by ear?

Does anyone know for certain if the Limit Holdem Shootout (Event #53) is going to start 9- or 10-handed?

I remember last year they changed one of the shootouts from full-table to shorthanded shortly before the Event started (causing a player i can't remember (Harry D?) to have a complete hissyfit).

I'm considering flying out to play in the Limit Holdem Shootout, but only if it's full-table. Shorthanded, i'm not certain that i'd have a significant edge on the field.

I tried calling the 1-877-367-9767 line, but i'd get stuck in the menu ("Please press star to continue..." <press> "Please press star to continue..." <press> "Please press star to continue..." Ugh).
