Default Possible to fold KK here?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t60/t120
8 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t7125
UTG+1: t4360
MP1: t4415
MP2: t3465
CO: t6090
Button: t5770
Hero: t27500
BB: t13230

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls t120 (pot was t180), 3 folds, CO raises to t360, Button folds, Hero raises to t900, BB raises all-in t13230, 2 folds, Hero ...

$10 90 seater. I'm chipleader after just taking a big pot with jj the previous hand. Can/should I fold kk here for a reraise of half my stack? To me it looks like overpushing qq-ak. Thanks in advance.

That's what it looks like to me too. Seems silly to do with AA, but, of course, I sometimes do that with AA because I wouldn't normally do that with AA. I think there is some sort of a 2+2 law about never folding KK pre-flop online...

Unless he has AA, you can get away with a call here. Most at this level would like to get a little more out of their good hands, although there are donks that will make this play.

However, if you're at a point where you are close to cashing, then you could let the t900 go and use your t26600 remaining stack for a better spot. You still have an M of 152. You don't have to risk half your stack for what essentially looks like a coinflip.

Knowing where the tournament is at, along with where the money is at & your goal (cashing v. winning) would help in your decision.

Without those, and knowing you're chip leader, I'd be inclined to fold and choose a better spot.

31 players remain, top 18 get paid but really only top 4 or five are worth shooting for so I would say my goal is winning.

I call it, you have the 2nd best starting hand... Even if you loose, you still have a ~14k stack.

Thanks for the advice. He did in fact have aa but I wanted to post the hand to make sure my thought process in the hand was correct.

Never....fold....KK...unless they show you AA. Or live, if the guy literally [censored] himself at the table when someone raises in front of him.
