Default West Virginia table games

A bill was just passed allowing table games in West Virginia. Just wondering if anyone has heard/knows anything about this?

Search the legislation forum. They've voted on this in two counties: it passed in the northern panhandle but failed in Charles Town.

I hated that place when I was there. Do they plan on adding on? I thought it was pretty cluttered when I was there.

Great clip! I applied for a job there a few months ago and never heard anything back from them. Guess I am probably out.

My roomie and I were betting on doggies and ponies in a little upstairs room right by an entrance (not the main track area in the lower level). They brought the dogs out for the race and one dog was like 23-1, but when they showed the dogs, he was so freakin amped up. So I bet $20 in an automated machine on him to win. My roomie thought I was nuts but not after the dog ended up winning.

So I go back to the machine to cash in my slip, but it keeps on telling me that I'm not a winner. I can't for the life of me figure out why it keeps telling me that. I finally see what the problem was...

Somehow, this damn machine let me bet on the previous race, AFTER IT WAS OVER. So while I thought I was betting on the upcoming race, I actually put $20 on a race that was over.

I couldn't believe this machine let me do that, so I of course tried betting on the next race for the winner after the race was over. It wouldn't let me.

I should have raised this to someones attention as I'm sure it could have been looked into and proven that I placed the bet after the race had ended. I just gave up though, said F Wheeling and headed back home to Pittsburgh.

Friend just came back from Mountaineer Race Track yesterday. They told him poker room is under construction but the only time frame for opening that he was given was "in a few weeks"
