This guy was crazy and super loose, he was like 55/7

With the stats he has I don't really know what kind of range to put him on, so pokerstoving your hand against a random puts you at like 72% equity ... I think I'd try to get it in here by raising to ~$55 and calling whatever poo he flings at you

You have good draws, and could stack opponent if flush card hits. Rather keep the pot small and increase your implied odds. If you come over the top and villain pushes, then you are likely taking much the worst of it and even have to consider folding.
With shorter stacks the reraise or push looks a lot better.

Exactly, why you should have checked behind. When you're playing semi-bluffs OOP, you want to lead them. When you're in position, you typically want to take the free card. This is generally true, but all situations are different.

The only reason to bet this flop is to build the pot if you do hit or/take it down on the flop. Since you got minraised, there's no reason to repop him. Call and see what happens on the turn.
