Stars VPP program or bonus and rakeback at other sites?

Can anyone direct me to a link to calculate the value of Stars
FPP points (at all stages of VPP program.) I want to compare dollar value to my normal rakeback and bonuses at other sites.
Ive done some calcs but not confident Im comparing apples with apples.

Normal stakes 1-2 and 2-4 FL full ring and short handed.

Supernova 1FPP = 1.50c when buying $1500 bonus
Platinum 1FPP = 1.37c when buying $685 bonus
Gold 1FPP = 1.11c when buying $285 bonus


Some of the Gift certs give you a better return of 1.65c or so. I believe buying into the big tournies is a return of about 1.67c per FPP.

i think the main question(well for me that is anyway)is:

is it better to use our ffp to join tourney wich use those fpp we gather to try finish in the money or,

using our ffp to have acces to bonus like those: ie:
