Re: Turned a set of nines
I lose a lot more money on this hand than you.
Preflop I raise. I most likely have the best hand with 5 callers, yah! Flop I probably bet but I'm really really bad at betting into a field of players with a pair and an overcard to that pair on board. I'm supposing I should probably just be checking... Turn, yah! I have a set, yah! There is no way I'm possibly letting this check thru; I lead and 3bet if possible. If someone has their straight already I've got lottsa outs for a fullhouse. River I bet/call. Unless there's four to a straight or flush here I'm betting and making two pairs, high pair, overpairs, etc. pay me off. I have a set, yah! Ggleefullypayingoffbetterhands, andquitewellthankyo uG |

Re: Turned a set of nines
I raise preflop w/99 in the SB. I'd lead the flop and reevaluate based on action behind. I try not to trust these weird feelings as a bet on the river is a must.
