How do you feel about this?

This guy was at a police station and stole a police officer's gun and shot the cop in the face at point blank range and then jumped out of a 3rd story window. In retailiation when he is caught the police beat the living hell out of the guy. They beat him so bad that he has to wear a mask to court.

I think that it is awesome that the police beat the hell out of this douchebag. I love how the F.B.I. cleared the police of any wrong doings. The man acted as a monster and after that beating he gets to look like one too. Are you guys for retaliation when it comes to a case like this or what? What would you have done?

Edit: Also I know this was a couple of years ago but every once in a while something reminds me of this story, and I would just like to see how other's feel about the situation.

All I know is that that guy will give you nightmares if you look at him for too long. Basically regardless of what his actual crimes were, lol @ him getting off showing up in court like Hannibal.

Police are not judge, jury and executioner.

Both stories make me sick, but the police abused their power.

He wasn't in court, He was in a police station. He was brought in for questioning because he murdered an old lady.

lol @ the "the cops can do whatever they want" crowd. I'm not like, personally offended that this kid got the everlasting [censored] beaten out of him, but the fact that he committed a crime doesn't entitle the cops to commit a different crime... that's why there are laws about police conduct. Not complicated.
