Default Poker Room Promotion-Problem Setup

My local cardroom is offering a promotion. Cash giveways in the amounts of $200 and $1250 respecively. There will be 54 $200 prizes and 3 $1250 prizes. Each prize is given away independently of another and is based on random seat drawings. Lets use the number 200 for seat count and assume maximum capacity. We will assume you will be present for all 57 drawings. I'm not exactly sure how to set up a problem determing the EV of the drawing. Anyone steer me in the right direction?

Seems pretty straightforward:
There are n seats, and $14550 in prizes to be distributed by an even random distribution.
Value of a seat = $14550/n
