Default river decision TO LEAD OR NOT TO LEAD

i am usually rr pf 99 here but i had been in a bunch of pots recently and think my image was a little wild at the moment.
i didnt want to make a rr and have shorty push on me and i also didnt want to rr and have him flat call, knowing overs are sure to come on the flop.

Given my PF line, what do u think about each street?

my range on BB is two pair, top pair blah kick or pair and flush draw. Set and strt are obv possibilities but i really didnt think he had either. i really thought he had two pair but wasnt sure. I didnt want to lose value on the river by him checking behind with the range i put him on. Whats the right play?

Why cant Villain have an overpair or 2 high cards like AQ?

2 pair is very unlikely. Toppair badkicker, that means that villain would raise 83 or 82. J8hh could be yes, but is not very likely either. This seems more like an overpair or 2 barrels with nothing IMO.

With your image a preflopcall is good, flop c/c is good also. Then at the turn you call again which isnt bad but you need to know how villain plays then. The river lead is a mistake i think. When villain has an overpair he is not folding unless he thinks youve got a FH and if he did bluff he folds. So you get called by better hands and worse hands are folding. When you check the river, you give him the opportunity to bluff one more time but you will be in a tough spot too if he pots the river, because he could have an overpair also... hard decision.

Anyone suggestions? i think i make here many mistakes

I don't agree with skrilaX about the river.
The river is a scary card for the opponent, and it's very unlikely he will bet if he has something.
And it seems that villain is rather solid, so he will most of the time check behind. So I think it's a good bet from chefrm to extract value. He can be called by 2 pairs, TPTK, TP any kicker, etc.
But against a very agressive player, I would often checkthe river to represent a missed flush draw, then raise or call his bet.

I still 3bet this pre despite being pretty active, it gives shortie a chance to shove over with a wide range, pushes out BB and if shortie calls I'm fine getting it in on most flops
