Just how light am I getting 3-bet?

I raise the CO/button with about 25%/30% of hands respectively. Against a villain exhibiting these tendencies, with what range are you 3-betting from the button/blinds? Or if your range is variable, with approximately what frequency are you 3-betting?

If I haven't 3bet villain before and we have no history, I'm going ot do it with a pretty wide range. From then on I try to be more selective and not overdo it, just do it with hands that are significantly ahead of villain's range e.g. 88+ AJ+ KQs. I'll 3bet a fair amount of SCs and medium/low PPs and if I've been keeping a relatively low profile, the odd trash hand (68o etc)
