Default Stacked with overpair/TPTK

I don't usually get stacked with hands like these, but since I started playing at Party - it's harder to fold these hands. There are a lot more maniac donks around.

Here are the 2 hands:

The 2nd hand I played superbad. Villain was autobetting pot on all streets. I think I definitely should have folded the turn.
Can I fold the flop too? Sometimes I do actually fold here on the flop. He's got me beat most of the time when he autobets pot on the flop. Only because of how he did it.

I also shouldn't have got stacked in the 2nd hand. The reason I call is because my line is weak and I thought he might think that I was drawing or was weak and would fold. I also thought that villain might be betting a busted draw.

What do you think?
How should I have played differently?

Hand 1 villain is a tight passive tag, I'd fold river but probably play the rest the same.

Hand 2 I probably fold flop.

Hand 1: I only call flop if I intend to push turn. (Because I think I'm ahead and that he's got enough to call me with if he bets turn). If I think he might be ahead I raise flop, and check behind on turn / folds to another raise.

Hand 2: You call preflop to spike a set, gets an overpair and get stuck in the pot? This should be an easy fold on flop unless opponent reraises really light, and then it's a flop-raise with intention to get it all in.
