Default 50 nl KK facing a flop check raise on a dry board

Villain is 24/8 with a flop aggression of 3. I ruled out AA byt he preflop action but it seems very likely that villain could have hit a set or at the least has JJ-KK.

Its difficult to tell whether UTG is raising to build the pot or leaving enough room to pass. I'm not mad over the all in since no worse hands are going to call.

I would flat call and re-evaluate on turn. With position we might be able to get this to a cheap showdown but I think you have to let this go to a strong turn bet.

JJ or QQ never calls?

A flat call seems to get pushed all in on the turn almost everytime here. If I plan on getting all my chips in would flat calling be better than pushing on the flop? It can give them a chance to bluff off all their chips on the turn in spots where the villain wouldn't call a push on the flop.

this seems okey. with a better read i can lay this down, but villain seems pretty loose so i am willing to stack off here.
