Any books deal with MTing online 9/10 Player STTs?

Ive got HoH one and two, and while im obvioulsy constantly re-reading them they are mostly about MTTs.

Looking round amazon i notice quite a few books that claim to focus on internet play, but none i have heard of before.

Is there a 2+2 book that deals with multitabling or another anyone could recommend?

Colin Moshman's book on STTs is being published by 2+2 in July. Not sure if it will deal specifically with multitabling though. Can't see why you would write more than a few pages about it.
