Without a read that villain never folds EVER, this play is pretty bad. You are losing a ton of value here. Seems like you looked at the board and didn't want him to draw anymore? I've done this before when I'm frustrated because people have been hitting their draws on me all night. Bet $6 and get it in on the river.

30/18 guys are tough to play against. If his AF was higher, I'd bet like 2/3 dollars to get him to 3b/raise turn.
