Anybody else have this problem?
This isnt a complaint post or anything, just something I notice I do...
When somebody posts a bad beat, and its a SNG or tourney, it matters less to me than if it was a cash game. Like somebody says "OMG he rivered a flush against my Aces and I was out on the bubble!" vs. "OMG he rivered a flush against my Aces and I'm dead flat broke!". I'll read the latter every time. This seriously could be just me... |

Re: Anybody else have this problem?
I don't know the last time that I've read a SNG bad beat post.

Re: Anybody else have this problem?
I couldn't disagree more. The real skill is being able to play both cash and tourney very well i.e., Phil Ivey.
Many tournament players suck at cash and vise versa. A bad beat is a bad beat, whatever your're playing, but cash bad beats hurt a lot more (tourney = limited liability), and I have more sympathy for those players. Cheers |
