Default SH Strategy

Is it possible to play a fairly loose preflop strategy and then a very tight postflop strategy to combine for a profitable 2/4 fixed limit 6-max style?

I just feel like it eliminates leaks in c-betting and you can take down a few really big pots here and there (at the expense of the blinds because of the loose preflop) and avoid leaking money away with things like AK on a rags board.

Thoughts?

What is your definition of 'fairly loose' and 'very tight'?

I'd suggest not pursuing this strategy.

What about playing standard ABC poker and then beat all the morons you find at small stakes?

Loosen up preflop and then folding a lot (aka tight postflop play) sounds like a recipe for disaster.
