You're getting 3 to 1 on the call. I think he's bluffing or has something like KT often enough to justify the call in this situation.

I'm assuming if he had something like KK or AK, he would have likely reraised you PF. He'd probably call with QJ as often as KT, so I'd assign those hands equal possibilities.

So, for what I can see, it's a call.
