Default Laying down KK on Qxx board

Villian is 8/2 over 400 hands. I put him on AA or KK, maybe QQ. I figured it would cost at least another $75 to see a showdown and the only hand I beat is AK or AQ and don't see him playing AQ at all and AK so aggressively. Am I too much of a nit?

At first I was like wow this is terrible but then I read your opening paragraph and it's not that bad I guess. 400 hands is a pretty decent sample to gauge a players pf tendencies. I would never ever fold here but I don't think it's that bad.

I think this is good, but I probably b/f the turn anyway.

" AK or AQ and don't see him playing AQ at all and AK so aggressively. "... imo betting betting two times abit more than half pot is not so agressive... dunno id call down i guess... allthough its close with given stats

That is tough, I think I like your fold, I doubt I would do it but with those stats, your really not beating anything as far as I can see.

Against an 8/2 (!) this is good. Takes a lot of discipline to lay it down though. Against normal tags/lags/etc you would not fold, would you?

Good fold against a player this nitty. Pretty sure he doen't 3bet AQ pre-flop and I doubt he double barrels with AK or JJ. Well played.
