Default NL25 - KQs villain c/r at the river

villain is pretty lag and running 46/18/5 over 50 hands.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $24.80
BB: $20.85
UTG: $62.35
MP: $6.25
Hero (CO): $30.85
BTN: $117.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, 2 folds, BB calls $0.75

Flop: ($2.10) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $1.50</font>, BB calls $1.50

Turn: ($5.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($5.10) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.95</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $10.00, Hero ?</font>

The river bet confused me. What do we put villain on? A strange played set?
Do you call it down in these situations or fold because it is pretty obvious that villain slowplayed?
