Default SNG - NLHE STT & MTT

Need to ask a few questions for those No Limit Hold Em SNG players that have a few hundreds or so sessions in there belt.

1) Is the quality of players in STT SNG's pretty much similar between $1, $2, $5 & $10 buy-ins ?

2) At what buy-in price point, STT SNG's, you would encounter a table with a majority of quality players ?

3) I know based on my session play that it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get heads-up in an STT SNG, on the average.

On the average, how long does it take to get heads-up on a MTT SNGs ? 18 Players ? 45 Players ? 90 players ?

4) Same question as #1 and #2 but for MTT SNG ?

NOTES:
I can only play on Full Tilt, Absolute, Bodog, PokerStars and Ultimate.

Interested on Normal No Limit Hold em SNG and not Turbo.

Any information is highly appreciated.

1)It depends on which site you play! If the $10 SnG's are the lowest ones offered by the site there will be tons of donks, but if you play on stars there might be some good players.

2) Majority of good players? At least $50
