Which sites offer HU cash games other than FT and UB?

On pokerstars is there any way of playing a HU SNG with a friend other than taking a gamble that we both register at the same time? How would you set a private game up?

You need to have like 1k or 2k VPPs on Pokerstars to be able to setup a private match. Just Email them and ask for permission, support@pokerstars.com

And your best bet is to register in a no blind increase if you're playing lower level games, as they do not fill up nearly as quickly as regular or turbos.

WPEX has rake free HU tables down to $10nl. not a great deal of traffic but the three guys I played today were SOFT.

I think Everest Poker has HU cash-games.

The Prima network have HU cash games, from .25-.50 to 200-400.
