Suggestions for Tourney Structures in Florida

I thought it may be good to list some suggestions for desired tourney structures. I know there are a few Card Room managers, Dealers, Tourney Directors that monitor this site and may appreciate hearing from the players (LOL) as to what we would like to see in terms of:
Buy-ins
Rebuys
starting chip counts, etc.

I'll start by suggesting a 4 table (10 players per)
$75(tourney fee) Buyin with 1 rebuy up to the 3rd level.
T5000
Blinds 100/200
15 minute levels
blind dble each level
Ante 100 at 1000/2000 level Ante dbles each level
Payout top 4 or 5 depending on rebuys
Could start at 6:00 and be done before midnight
