Villain is 30/0/0.3 over only 100h

Did I play this poorly? Is leading that gay turn fine/std?
And finally, river = autofold?

Is leadign flop really that much better of a play?

I'm trying to build a big pot early and ive found that fishy villains almost never fold to c/r in unraised pots

leading flop is superior in this spot because:

if they bet, you 3-bet, they call, $48 goes in the middle.

if you bet, they 3-bet, you re-raise, much more goes in the middle.

fwiw, i'm willing to play a huge pot on this flop w/ this hand, there's so many draws/combos possible, and they'll play with you here, too, so leading > check raising b/c we can get more money in when ahead.
