Default You have it, don\'t you?

Villain had taggish stats, but later turned out to be a little more loose (30vpip) and a little less aggressive (10pfr); didn't know that at the time though.

Seems to me that a hand like a straight would've check/raised turn since he probably knows that's a good card for you. That being said, it looks like a semi-bluff with the intention of folding you, and with river bricking perhaps he's trying one more street, but I don't know if people honestly do this often.

I think I would still call river though.

Random thought: Alternatively, I have a feeling he's more like in bet/fold mode. That is, if he's a thinking tag (since I would imagine stronger hands bet river for more value), but if he really ended up being a random scrub this could be a "hope you dont fold" value bet.

I feel he has two pair (KJ,KT, maybe JT) and is somewhat affraid of a straight, but I'm really not thinking of trying to get him off that. I don't think he plays a flushdraw like this, I think he would check raise me on the flop, check the turn and/or as played check the river as it totally looks like I have a King and am not going to fold to his riverbet.
