Default 100NL AK OOP on Monotone Flop

No reads on Villian but he might view me as being pretty aggressive because I've been in quite a few pots lately cbetting and whatnot without a showdown.

Note the stack sizes.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $186.85
BB: $173.50
UTG: $249.40
MP: $100.00
Hero (CO): $177.25
BTN: $148.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, BTN calls $3.50, 2 folds

Flop: ($8.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $7.00</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $25.00</font>, Hero???

Bleh. I hate being oop.

I feel like the implied odds aren't that great for hitting my hand because it will be obvious to any villian with half a brain when I do connect. 3betting just commits me. Argh.

I push here, he does have some FE and I like my chances against most non-flush hands.

there's $40 in the pot, and you'd push $160 in?
Reraise to $75. His all-in will let you know where you stand. Not that it matters, as I'd push all in then. However, let him make the hard decision for all HIS chips. you are obviously not folding, but you have a better chance of getting him along for the ride.

A tricky alternative is to call telling him YOU have a good hand too, and then go all-in on the turn, but you run the "risk" it is a heart and he folds 10h 2h :-(

I like a $75 reraise.

I am willing to put it all in if given the chance after my raise.

Stacks do make this a bit awkward. I still think you want to get it in here though.
