Villain seems like a TAG but I don't have too many hands on him. I've been playing relatively tight and weaker than usual. I also think I'm tilting a bit so that might warp some of my perceptions of myself. No other reads.

I should have about a PSB left here. Bet/fold? Check/call? Block?

If timing tells are worth anything here, he was quick to fire out his bet.

Bet fold sucks given stack sizes, so I'd either c/c or c/f

I'd be inclined to fold here, but maybe i'd call since diamonds missed, etc

When are you check/calling, against who, and what do you use to determine that?

call, missed draw seems likely. also, he knows you dont have a jack and might be afraid.

I call here. It doesn't sound like your read on him being a TAG is really that solid, your image is weak, and there are enough worse hands he turns into a bluff here.
