Default 3-Bet Pre-Flop, Villain Mini-bets Flop

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button ($74.70)
SB ($148.80)
BB ($21.60)
UTG ($261.10)
MP ($48.20)
Hero ($97.85)

Stacks have gotten pretty deep at the table. No real read on the SB. When I sat down, he was at $100 and then some donk bluffed off his stack to get him to around $150.

Preflop: Hero is CO with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $8.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG folds, Hero calls $3.50.

Flop: ($19) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $2.5</font>, Hero calls $2.50.

Turn: ($24) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $5</font>, Hero calls $5.

I reraised preflop to work with my tight image and to hopefully set up a huge pot or just steal on flop.

I'm interested about the flop and turn play. Can I raise there? It seems like he's trying to induce a raise with AA / KK or JJ for the flopped set. Besides QQ, could he be holding anything else? Can I semi-bluff this hand at all?
