Default Pocket pair with over cards on board

This is a general question. How do you guys normally play pocket pairs post flop when there are over cards on the board? For example, say you raise UTG with 10 10, and only the button calls. The flop is K 7 5 rainbow. Do you usually bet? If you get raised, is it a clear fold? If you check, and opponent bets, whats your play? Is it largely read dependent?

Bet. It's likely the other guy missed as well. It's called a continuation bet, and you'll be making these bets 80-100 percent of the time. Generally you will shut down if called or raised.

As with most of the answers to poker-related questions, getting raised on said flop is read dependent but usually a fold at uNL.
