C2P.card problems
Is anyone having problems with the C2P card for withdrawals. I have been waiting for some money to show up on the card for two weeks now.

I transfered several hundred dollars to my debit card, over a ten days ago. I email last tuesday asking why I had not been able to withdraw any money (ABM keeps saying 0 fund).
They sent me the following email. Dear Mr xxxxxxx, Thank you for contacting the CLICK2PAY Service Team. We would like to inform you that we are experiencing technical problems regarding the withdrawals to CLICK2PAY Debit Cards. Therefore, the process of withdrawing may take up to 15 days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding! Should you have further questions about the information given above, please reply directly to this email, including our original text and ticket number. This will help us to deal with your inquiry much faster. Please note: CLICK2PAY will never ask you via e-mail to disclose your login details on the Internet or to disclose or confirm your login details via telephone or fax. Thank you for using CLICK2PAY. Same here. But finally I was able to withdraw today. I don't know if it will be the same story if I cashout again.

I got a similiar e-mail. I will try again tommorow. Hope it works this time. Wasted 3-4 times checking my balance.

They told me it is supposed to take 24hrs but due to some problem it may take up to 15 days. I was not too impressed, as the fees are quite high for using this card and the only good reason to use it would be if it give you instant (or at least within 24hrs) access to your money.
I am hoping they fix this soon. |
