Default $100NL, 6-4 suited in BB

Please comment on all streets. Also, on the river, I know I give him the chance to check behind, but I didn't think he had much. So this way, I was thinking that I at least let him bluff at the pot and/or value bet the river, but if I bet out, I thought he would just fold. So is the river check okay?

Bet the river, the rest is standard. Ime the bluffing frequency isn't high in this spot, so readless a bet is more +EV. I don't think he'll that often though.

I don't like bluffing in such a small pot when we have a weak, but hidden, draw that's actually getting priced in.

that flop bet is so awfully weak, just raise it. He'll fold most of the time and if he calls you have decent implied odds. Just calling and waiting for the straight sucks imo b/c you don't have any showdown value nor nearly the odds to draw and his weak minbet shows that you don't have any implied odds most of the time.
