Villian is 43/7/1.2 over only 40something hands and seems like a semi-calling station.

Looks more like a backdoor club draw that has the 6c in it. Probably still a call for the chances he's bluffing with missed hearts or made two pair and is value raising. I don't expect too be good here often.

im guessing BB is all in on the river? Thats an easy call as played.
Why would you bet the river so small though. I think im just putting the rest in myself.

Yes, BB was all-in on the river.

I bet the river small because I thought the Ace might've scared him. I was also having trouble putting him on a hand and thought it was a safe bet to get paid off.
