OT: Registering & STT never opens.

I'm starting to notice a few STTs I guess I registered for over the past month, never opened up & I sat out the entire time. Has this happened to anyone? I'm using a MT opener, but it has never prohibited the tables themselves from opening before.

it happens when you close the tourney lobby just before the table is opened. so, try to keep the lobbies open for a couple seconds.

This has happened to me a few times when I was playing lots of tables.
Since I've dropped back to 4 tabling its not so much of a problem because I notice when one doesn't start.
It is annoying I don't know why stars don't fix it.
I've emailed them about it.
Maybe if enough people complain..

This is what happens. I have e-mailed Stars about it and received a dumb response. I have no idea why they haven't fixed this.

I got my money back with a kind question for the 1 game in question from earlier today. I'm fairly certain as I mentioned before I have some others from earlier this month with the same. Stars needs to fix this, but in the mean time I'll just let all of my games start before closing the lobbies. Should I ask for the $ for the other games?

Can anyone think of an easy way to figure out how many/which SNGs this may have happened in previously? The HH files aren't going to be on my computer, so I can search their text for the sitting out criteria.
