Default 100NL can I push a weak flush here for value?

Obviously I'm at least calling villian's reraise on the river, but is it +EV to shove with a flush this small? Villian is running at 46.7/0 over a small sample of hands.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $156.50
BB: $125.70
UTG: $140.90
Hero (BTN): $100.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $3.50, SB calls $3.00, BB calls $2.50

Flop: ($10.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $5.00, Hero calls $5.00, SB calls $5.00

Turn: ($25.50) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $10.00, Hero calls $10.00, SB folds

River: ($45.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $20.00, BB raises to $40.00, Hero ???

Given villain's passive stats, that river check/minraise has AQss/AJss written all over it imo. A small part of me thinks villain couldn't c/r the nuts on the river, but it's not enough to make me shove this river ever.

46/0 is only preflop raise though - I woudl need to know is AF on other streets.

In this instance though I can only call his c/r. River c/r is just too strong and I really feel like he did play this as if he had a combo draw including a FD better than yours.

I would call.
You're not folding and re-raising seems pretty mediocre. He'll fold a bluff and call with a bigger flush.
What hands could he pay-off that he would play this way? Maybe a flopped straight that he was slowplaying, maybe a set... I like calling on the end.

Your line looks exactly like a flush draw and Captain Passive still c/r the river when the spade hits. Just call.

Cool, thanks guys. I was undecided whether he was making those less-than-half-pot bets with a flopped straight or set, or with a flush draw himself. I was leaning towards the straight or set side of thought. I called and he showed down AJo. I was sort-of kicking myself for not going with my instinct towards the straight or set, but also I really didn't want to run into a bigger flush. It was good to get some other opinions.
