Default Stupid jacks! (200NL)

One of my biggest leaks is playing JJ on a low flop.

No specific reads on villain.

What is your line on turn?

Is Villan "testing the water" or raising w/ flushdraw so many times that it makes a shove profitable in the long run?

What is your play w/ Jacks on low flops? how easy do you stack off?

Call flopraise and try to get a cheap SD, if facing to much heat, then i fold. Just don't stack off for 100bbs vs unknown with jacks.

I don't like your push over $39. I think you have two options here (with no reads/history).

Either

A) Call (which I think is bad because you are going to fold to any diamond, T, or overcard, etc.)

b) Re-raise the villian to $75. If he pushes then I can fold here. If he calls, check turn because you are most likely beat.

My only worry with raise/folding is that they may push draws and we are throwing away money.... but its probably a good line. I have been tryin to control pots a lot more, something I think is important as the stakes increase. Problem is if we call, he will see it as weakness if we check the turn.

[/ QUOTE ] raising and then folding getting 4.3:1 seems wrong to me, he only has to have a flush draw a relatively small portion of the time to make a call correct, even tho we're probably beat.

Pretty readbased. Against some players I call flop and stack off on this turn.

Since I know this villain and he is passive pre and postflop, likes to limp small pockets even first in on button and co. His handrange after his flopraise are basically sets.

raise/folding flop is v.bad vs opponents who are capable of shoving combodraws/draws.

And the players that doesnt shove bigdraws probably wont raise wtih em in the first place.
