Default Help w/ monitor rotation

I currently have a 3 monitor setup w/ 3 samsung 204B's hooked up through 2 dual DVI PCI express graphics cards. I want to get rid of 1 of the 20's and get a samsung 305t and rotate the remaining 204B's vertically. As far as I can tell, there is no option in windows properties or the graphics card software's properties that allow me to rotate the monitors. What do I need to accomplish this? Software/New Cards?

Thanks

You need to install the applications that came with the 204B. They come with an app to rotate the monitor. If you don't have the disk anymore try Samsung's web site.

You can try Ctrl+Alt+Right arrow, but most likely it won't work without the proper software/drivers installed.

they should, since they're all the same sizes.

also, OP, if you can't find the software, try googling pivotpro.

They are about a millimeter off on the frames, because the 305T has a bigger frame, but the style matches up pretty well. Also, I'd say the 305t is a slightly blacker frame, but that could be from color fading of my older 204b's.

What kind of video card are you using? With my 6600GT and 7600GT nVidia cards I know there is an option right in nVidia Control Panel to rotate the display.

Start >> Control Panel >> NVIDIA Control Panel

Then click "Display" and under "Appearance" should be "Rotate Display."

Just thought I'd say that the software I used to rotate my monitor came with the VIDEO CARD, not the monitor. YMMV.

Magic Rotation is available to download from Samsung's site.
