Default QQ against loose player

Villain is 41/15/3.5 over 30 hands or so. Not much of a sample, but he's pretty loose preflop as the stats suggest. I'm not too sure what his range is here when he calls my 3bet.

I've been playing tight except for a few times I've 3bet some random hands since the guy to my right is a 30/28.

Button ($199.50)
Hero ($103)
BB ($86.10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

He's pushing all in now with only $20 odd in his stack. I'd be willing to push here to beat his pair of J's or straight/flush draw.
The bet size is just right for you not to fold... which also makes me think he caught his 9's.

Just lead out on the turn and call a push. Too many draws out there to check and I'm willing to get it all-in with an overpair against thig guy.

edit: Given how the hand was played, c/r all-in.

why no cbet?

The way you played it, I don't think you can lay a hand down and I would push the turn here after he bets or lead out myself.

But I got to say, I don't fold overpairs to awful players like this one (41/15 and 86$ stack).

I've been checking a lot of flops after 3betting with AK/AQ/AJ type hands that miss since I get floated a ton in 3bet pots. I felt that playing it passively on this board might induce bluffs from weaker hands or UI hands in his range.

so you're checking to induce bluffs.... don't fold!

If you're getting floated alot then bet when you have the goods

I'm considering calling down or CRAI on the turn. Does it even matter?

still not sure why you checked the flop? could anyone explain that? seems like a terrible board to bluff induce on because a lot of straight draws/overcards are just gonna take the free card.

as played push turn
