Default Fold to river checkraise?

Villain is 50/7/1.4 over about a 50 hand sample, but he generally seems passive overall, but cautious. I've been playing a bit tighter than usual.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

BB ($91.50)
Hero ($115.75)
MP ($125.45)
CO ($39.25)
Button ($180.05)
SB ($125.20)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls $3.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($9) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6.5</font>, SB calls $6.50.

Turn: ($22) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $15</font>, SB calls $15.

River: ($52) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $35</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $76</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $163

I'm not exactly sure, but this river is a definite bet, correct? Also, the river is an obvious fold?

If you check the river instead of bet, and he puts in $35 you can call for the same price you paid to fold. He doesn't look like he's going anywhere so i think it's safe to assume he has the nuts or a FH.

unless you have very detailed information on the villain and his range, standard fold. if unsure of river, check/call best option.

we're in position.
Anyway I think the river's a pretty standard bet,and prob a fold but I don't like it because a bluff is definitely possible here IME. But I'm still folding.
