How are accounts getting hacked these days?

What's the most common way? phishing? trojans/keyloggers? packet sniffing?

For those of you who have been hacked, what do you suspect was the problem?

My guess would be private trojans/keyloggers and possibly easy to guess passwords, but I'm really not sure. Fortunately I'm very careful with how I let my computer run, and have never had any problem. I've never even had to reformat.

Also, [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] firewalls.

Internet cafes arent safe at all. Avoid them.
