Default Would you play AA differently after board pairs on flop?

$10 SNG PokerStars. My stack is not great but I do have more than double the small stack when this hand happened. My read on this guy was that he was pretty loose at times and a little wild on his raises.

I bet 3BB with this hand, which is my normal raise. I have played solid hands when shown down and have not been a blind stealing machine at all.

On this flop I thought about just checking to him, which I think is a better move, but I didn't want to let him check it through, so I bet. I am thinking that maybe a chk/raise here would be a good move. I opted to bet out to build a pot. I am praying that he does not have a 9 on flop.

The turn action is a key question for me. I had pretty much decided that I was going the distance with this hand when the 4 hit. When he reraised me I was a little worried that indeed, once again, he had a set and I was about dead, but I thought that I wouldn't see a monster under my bed and so I reraised all in.

How would you play any of the streets differently to maximize your hand in this situation or get away from it if you would lay it down when he raises me on the turn. I mean, would you take his reraise on turn as a sign that you are way behind, or just a bluff attempt.

I think you played it fine, the other option I could see would be checking the turn, and calling it all the way down. He is going to play KK, QQ, JJ, 1010, probably A8 the same as he does in this hand, so it is going to be hard to get away from if he has a 9, and I think I would probably call an all in. Checking the turn would provide the possibility of getting away from it.

Also, I raise pre flop more than 300, and I raise flop more than 300, probably to about 500 for each.

I'd play it like you did, except I'd bet more preflop and on the flop. If villain's aggro I might c/r all in on the turn. Once you bet and he raises, easy push.
