Default dbitel thm?

no decent read. Is river a fold? Thoughts please on both flop and turn as well. 3bet flop? call flop and lead turn? If he bets turn, c/c or c/r?

Hero (BB): $258.10
UTG: $244.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG raises to $4.00, MP folds, CO calls $4.00, BTN folds, SB calls $3.00, Hero calls $2.00

Flop: ($16) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $16.00, UTG raises to $32.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $16.00

Turn: ($80) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)

This is why I check-call these rivers unless I'm absolutely certain that villain will never ever bluff raise here. They often value bet the river here with worse hands and also bluff with air, so why bet for them?

Also that star city table went absolutely nutso after u left lol, 20BB preflop open-raises with 2+ callers every single time, +$1k .

3-bet flop. Given that you didn't c/ring the turn is fine.

But then c/r the river.

I think you are most of the time good here on the river so check raising is not such a bad idea but if he comes over the top you are probably beat but not necessarily

could some kind soul please remind this 2p2'r of dbitel theorem? Minraise on the river is never a bluff I guess?

I 3-bet the flop also, and given you missed your turn c/r I'd go for another on the riva.

based on his preflop action i think he most likely has a big ace here, so 3bet flop and get it in
