NL100, hero 3bets with AK and is lost on the flop...

button open raises to $3.
hero repops from the sb to $10 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB and button call.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero checks, BB checks, Button donks $10 into the $30 pot.

Well, i didnt cbet because i'm oop and got 2 callers and i think one villain could have hit this flop.
And now this 1/3 pot bet from the button...what should i do
in this situations...just fold...or call my with my nut gutshot and 2 overs?

Fold. Your oop, an A/K could get you in a decent amount of trouble and you haven't got deep enough stacks to try and spike a T.

Preflop 3bet could be a little more, not much, I think 11.50 is a good amount. 10 just makes it look like you're making a weak steal at the pot from the SB.

Why? This is a horrible flop for us and it's likely BB has AQ or a set.
