Question about Hold 'em poker for advanced players

I've read this book a couple of times through and while it is a little trying to get through at some points I feel I am slowly taking in the material.

Anyway, I know this book is aimed for the middle to lower-higher limit games, but I was just wondering what online limits that everyone thought this book would apply too.

In other words, what online stakes at for example pokerstars do you think that players are competent enough that this strategy would work better, as opposed to those typical 2-4, 3-6 live games that much of this will not work as well.
