2.5/5 Deep and I have JJ in SB
My opponent in this hand has $840. There are 6 players.
Someone terrible raises in early position. Folded around to me I have two jacks and decide to call whereas normally I would raise. Much to my surprise big blind makes it $60. I didn't even know this person was sitting at the table but they're not so good because they don't have a full deep buyin. The early position raiser folds. I call. FLOP 3d 5d 4h I check call $135. TURN 4c I check and he goes all in for $645. My only read is that he is not a regular at these limits which makes me want to call or fold. |

Re: 2.5/5 Deep and I have JJ in SB
I think you need to isolate preflop against a terrible player preflop. What was the raise?
Why are you surprised the big blind reraise, is this a min reraise? I would not automatically assume that because he doesn't have a full buy in he is bad. You cannot check call a bet in position, Im done with this post. J |

Re: 2.5/5 Deep and I have JJ in SB
I'm in Small blind. I'm not really surprised that was a turn of phrase. I've never seen him before so he's likely marginal.
