Default KK preflop question

UTG raiser is 23/16/1.6 over 2K hands. 3-bettor is 36/14/.82 over 100 hands. No reads. What is your standard play here OOP?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $67.60
Hero (BB): $220.90
UTG: $290.35
MP: $193.95
CO: $242.40
BTN: $187.30

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG raises to $7.00, 2 folds, BTN raises to $24.00, SB folds, Hero...?

To be honest, i call and c/c down any non A non Q flop. ( c/r flop doesn`t bring all money into the middle if he has AK and QQ stacks of on the river or turn anyway.
Or make it 70 to go and hop BTN calls or pushes and UTG folds. If UTG pushes it`S very tough and i would consider a fold.
Pushing here is way too strong and will get called only by KK+ from UTG and QQ, AK from button.

I shove. Re-raising 70-80ish looks stronger than pushing imo. I'm more inclined to just re-raise when I made the original pfr myself, because I do that with a much wider range than I 4-bet oop in this situation. I think a sove will be more likely to be interpreted as AK/QQ/JJ.

I make it 70 here. I don't expect BTN to get away from any hand at all, those stats are too fishy.
