Hand posting - HHs from Prima

Ive just played a session and had a few hands that i might want to discuss in the strategy forums. The problem is im not sure how i convert my hand so it can be posted here.
Legopoker HH converter didnt work.
Im playing at Microgaming Network and i copied the HH from Pokertracker.
