Currency conversion

I want to withdraw money from my bankroll which is in USD to my bank account which is in GBP. Options considered so far.

NETELLER- 1.9% fee but good conversion rate.
Cheque from Poker site A- no fees poor conversion rate.

Either way I am looking at losing 2%+

What other methods do people use?

What about a bank wire directly from the site? usually u lose less than 2%.

2% is pretty standard, doubt you'll get much better than that.
