miniscul 500 pot at new no limit game in Sac , CA

Hey guys im new to these forums but wanted to see your thoughts on this hand....there is about 7 limpers into a 1 -3$ NL game.. I hold 88 flop comes 993 no flush draw
...a loose aggressive player bets 15 into about 20 dollar pot...I put in a feeler raise of 30 he flat calls... I have position he checks I check behind him the turn was a J ...on the river when i hit my best card possble the 8 comes... he says to me How much will u call? he ends up putting in pot size bet of about 80 dollrs.. I have about 200 $ in front of me i quickly go all in... he turn over jack 9 and says let me see I call..What could i possible do about this hand besides jsut call his bet I thought i was golden... any thoughts are welcome.....

Well I knew on the river that he at least had a 9 possible 33 but didnt put him on 98 or jack 9...

Is this possible? maybe dont all in..just a call but is folding really an option?
