Default Recieved an email at work not intended for me...

I recieved the following email at work:

"Rabbi Scharf:

Thank you very much for your care, concern and genuine love for my son and all of the boys in your class this year.

Since this was Meir Moshe’s first year in the school (and he came in over halfway through the year) I was wondering how you
would ‘grade’ his knowledge, understanding and ability to grasp the torah you are teaching.

Please give me a call and/or email me anything you think would be useful in evaluating Meir Moshe haLevi’s progress this year.

Thank you very muh

Yerachmiel Altman"

Obviously this e-mail was not meant for me, should I respond to Yarachmiel and of so what should I say? I need your help BBV4L.

Eh, write an email mentioning that your plan to pose as a Rabbi and sterilize hundreds of Jewish children is going perfectly (pretending you meant to reply to someone else).

Nope, nope can't really think of anything... nothing really in there that's really really really easy to use for a funny response, unfortunately.

tell him you are pleased that he is responding favorably to the plight of his long lost cousin ishmael altman, the recently deceased prince of zambia, he of no immediate kin. all you need is his bank account information to wire the $30 american to him, after taking a mere 10% for the effort.

It's good to see you dont have a problem posting on the internet private emails not intended for you.
