Default TPTK on Broadway board, Getting Value?

No real reads on villain, only been at table for a few hands.

The way the hand played out, there's no way I can fold anywhere, but is there a place for a bigger or extra bet somewhere? In hindsight, I think raising the flop would have been a better idea as it's extremely drawy (I was seeing monsters).
What about river, room for value bet against KQ type hands?

First off, you dont beat KQ.
Id like a value bet here though. Most of the time the villain has either Kx or a draw here. The river helps because now a Kx type hand would split against any K except AK.

Wow, yeah, can't believe I missed that, for some reason I thought the J would counterfeit two pair hands (only hands like K2 I guess)

Any room for a bet on the river?

The way the hand is played, id probably go for a value bet here. Ive played a lot of micro stakes poker and my gut tells me he just want to check this down. Like i said before, the river helps your hand a lot.
If he backed in to JJJ or has somethine like broadway/boat or whatever thats just fine. The majority of the times youre in a spot like this on a low limit table, you are ahead.
If he made a goofy play, take notes and try to use it to your advantage next time around.

As for play on the flop, I guess a raise would make sense.
However, on a board like that against an unknown villain, you might want to keep the pot down a bit. A raise will most likely scare off hands you beat. Its not a terrible play

Villain turned over:
9 9, so I probably wasn't getting any more money from him, but that was obviously a big fluke, felt I could have gotten more from 'normal' hands

Considering he got there with that you probably could squeeze a few more bucks from him but unfortunately we cant see his cards and have to consider this could be a hand like KQ playing scared or not sure if there is any value in betting river.
